LINHA EVAPORATIVE CONDENSERS

EVAPORATIVE CONDENSERS

Operation principles and applications:

The refrigerant circulates inside the tube bank, the air and water circulate countercurrently through the external side of the tubes. The heat is transferred from the refrigerant through the tube walls to a water layer around the tubes.

Part of this water evaporates and is absorbed by the air stream, transferring heat and mass. That is, the heat is transferred from the condensing refrigerant to the air current that passes through the evaporative condenser.

The total heat rejection capacity is directly connected to the air humidity condition during the operation of the equipment.

Variations:

Mebrafe evaporative condensers are manufactured in 48 models, meeting the capacities of 75,000 kcal / h up to 3,000,000 kcal / h, and special models are developed upon request, based on TBU = 23 oC and Tc = 35oC (see correction table).
