Mebrafe presents the TCM, its continuous freezing and cooling tunnel for packaged food. The state-of-the-art and exclusive systems provide unique performance and low energy consumption.

 Applicable in several markets, especially poultry, pork and beef, with its unique concept of two variable retention time tunnels operating in synchronism, it can freeze up to 40,000 kg/h of packaged products. Also available for small production.

In its compact version, it is economically viable for low production due to energy savings and the reduced labor costs. It can be configured in increasing capacity steps, minimizing initial investment and allowing for future expansion without stopping production.

Exclusive characteristics:

In large capacity equipment, two mechanical and electric INDEPENDENT freezing tunnels are provided, allowing the use of 50% of the equipment in case of failure of any component, guaranteeing a partial production flow without the need to stop the slaughter.
