General features:

It is a new line of air coolers, optimizing the heat transfer, pressure losses and exchange surface ratio.

Geometry:

The new geometry of the exchangers uses reduced pipe diameters, as well as less spacing between them, increasing heat transfer coefficients of both the refrigerant and the air sides. Pressure losses have also been optimized, through careful analysis of pipe circulation, appropriate air speeds and optimal spacing between pipes.

Powerful computational numerical analysis tools were used to design the equipment, providing improvements in the thermal and fluid dynamics fields involved in the air-cooling process.

Cooling fins:

The Cooling Fins follow Mebrafe’s quality standard, counting on an excellent thermal contact between tubes and fins, in addition to a surface designed and manufactured to obtain high thermal performance.
